Advanced English is required , as you'll work directly with U.S. clients and conduct interviews in English.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through offer stage.
Source candidates using Linked In Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
Conduct initial interviews in English and represent Ground Game professionally with candidates and U. Evaluate candidates' experience, English proficiency, communication skills, and overall fit.
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear recommendations.




Keep accurate candidate records in the ATS.
Advanced written and spoken English.
~ Experience sourcing passive candidates through Linked In Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
~ Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
~ Experience working with remote or international teams.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Fully remote position.
