Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties:

- Actively participate in production start-ups.




- Understand and execute the necessary actions during the shift to achieve the objectives.
- Responsible for the execution of the production plan of their cell in a timely manner, requesting the necessary raw material.
- Maintain updated records and metrics for their work area.
- Participate in the analysis and solution of problems of the operation.
- Responsible for the continuous training of his personnel.
- Develop process control charts and data collection.
- Participate in the development and updating of work instructions in conjunction with engineering and quality.
- Maintain your work areas in optimal conditions (5's).
- All those activities inherent and/or related to their work, as well as the task of their category.
- Adhere to standardized word activities, as well as actively participate in their continuous improvement according to the needs of the business.
- Certain other activities or responsibilities inherent to the position.

The marginal duties and responsibilities (performed occasionally or at irregular intervals) for this position are:

- Audits
- Kaizen events

- Experience in aircraft maintenance techniques.

- Ability to interpret technical documentation and drawings.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of aviation standards and regulations.
- Communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Direct support with personnel on the line to the Value Stream supervisor
