with high accuracyWork to continuously improve carrier management processesSupport customer on large RFP exercisesMay participate in procurement projects including, but not limited to, data extraction, analysis, formatting, and presentation of rates and data related to pricing requestsProvide market and network insights to account teamOther duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirementsQualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or universityMinimum 2 years of professional experiencePreferred:Experience with carrier monitoring and compliance processesAbility to travel (domestically and internationally)Professional experience in Procurement, carrier sales, transportation, logistics, and/or Supply ChainExceptional facilitation skills including but not limited to relationship management, presentation, documentation and accountabilityShould possess strong root cause and analytical skillsStrong negotiation and conflict resolution skillsDemonstrated ability to communicate with various levels within customer organization (both written and verbal)Ability to identify, understand and execute based on market trends and pricing strategiesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programsSkilled in interpreting KPIs and compliance metricsAdvanced Excel and data visualizationValues a diverse and inclusive work environmentCH Robinson is an equal opportunity employer.
