You'll act as a strategic partner to both recruiters and stakeholders while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals, KPIs, and SLA targets.Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback, guidance, and development plans.Review candidate submissions to ensure quality and alignment with client requirements.Manage requisition distribution and workload balancing to maximize efficiency and results.Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance discussions,
