**Schedule**: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM | **Location**: Hybrid - Tijuana, BC | **Requirements**: Valid US visa + Fluent English
We are looking for a **Sales Operations / Account Support Representative** to join our Domestic Sales Operations team.
This role supports the **Regional Sales Manager (RSM)** in managing dealer accounts, assisting with sales initiatives, forecasting, reporting, and order management.
The role involves working with multiple sales channels, including department stores and e-commerce.
- Support the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and Sales Representatives in managing dealer accounts, driving sales growth, and maximizing client satisfaction
- Work across multiple channels: Pilates/Yoga studios, dancewear retailers, specialty retail, spas, gyms, department stores, and e-commerce partners
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, upselling, and day-to-day account management to support dealer business development goals
- Prospect and open new accounts while building strong strategic relationships with dealers
- Monitor open orders in SAP, NuOrder, and EDI systems; ensure orders ship on time, coordinate returns, warranty requests, and follow up on backorders or cancellations
- Analyze sales data, identify opportunities, track progress toward monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
- Communicate effectively with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product) and external dealers to ensure compliance with best practices
- Assist with in-store support, product training, merchandising,



and brand presence at events or tradeshows; occasional travel to US meetings required
Experiência y requisitos
**Experience & Education**
- Minimum 3 years in sales, sales support, account management, or related roles
- Experience with outbound calling, upselling, and account management
- Experience in analyzing sales reports and identifying opportunities
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred (Business, Finance, or related)
- Knowledge of Pilates, Yoga, or fitness is a plus
**Technical Skills**
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP Business by Design, HubSpot, NuOrder preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Strong customer service orientation

**Travel & Schedule**
- Monday-Friday schedule; occasional overtime and weekend work
