**Intermediate Process Reengineering Analyst**
**Responsibilities**:
This role will involve assisting in summarizing data from across the business to support the provision of information to the executive team.
**Data Analysis and Insights**: Assist in gathering and analyzing data from diverse sources, including transactional systems, databases, and spreadsheets, using SQL, Excel, and other data manipulation tools.
Support the interpretation of data to identify insights that can inform process redesign decisions and optimization opportunities.
**Process Design and Implementation**: Contribute to the design and implementation of process improvements, learning about automation using scripting and software development, and assisting in streamlining workflows to eliminate redundancies and standardize processes.
Participate in process redesign workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
**Performance Monitoring and Reporting**: Assist in developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor process performance, and identify trends and anomalies.
**Process Repository and Knowledge Management**: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a centralized process repository and knowledge base, assisting in documenting best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process improvement initiatives.
Support knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the organization.
**Industry Best Practices and Innovation**: Learn about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative approaches in process reengineering and data analysis.
Explore new tools and methodologies to support process optimization efforts.
**Qualifications**:
- 2 - 5 years of demonstrated experience (including internships or academic projects) in process improvement, business analysis, or a closely related field.




- English Advanced (required)
- Proficiency or coursework experience in data analysis and visualization tools, including Excel and SQL, with an eagerness to learn tools like Tableau (Desktop and Prep) and Power Query.
Ability to assist in extracting, transforming, and analyzing datasets.
- Proficiency in back-end development using Node.js, web services, API integration, and data persistence.
- Experience in front-end web development technologies, including Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and Phyton to automate tasks.
- Proficiency using XML and related technologies for data interchange.
- Experience in Git, and an understanding of collaborative software development workflows.
- Experience developing web services and API, REST and SOAP-based services, API documentation, and security best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to process improvement initiatives and support their implementation.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team, with a willingness to take initiative and learn independently.
- Experience with process mapping and modeling concepts, and a willingness to learn tools such as Visio or other relevant software.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, or a related field is required.
