**Position Summary**:
The Americas FP&A; Manager will lead financial planning, analysis, and strategic support activities across the Americas region—including Canada, USA, Mexico, and Brazil.
This role partners with regional and integral stakeholders to deliver financial insights, enable data-driven decision-making, and ensure alignment with business objectives in a dynamic, multi-country aerospace environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Regional FP&A; Leadership**:
- Own and drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for operations in Canada, USA, Mexico, and Brazil.
- Serve as a financial business partner to regional general managers and functional leaders.
- **Performance Analysis & Reporting**:
- Provide regular and ad hoc analysis on financial performance, variances, risks/opportunities, and business drivers.
- Consolidate regional financials for monthly management reporting and board presentations.




- **Business Support**:
- Support commercial teams with pricing analysis, contract margin review, and customer profitability insights.
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain to drive cost management and productivity initiatives.
- **Compliance & Controls**:
- Ensure financial practices adhere to internal policies, U.S. GAAP/IFRS, and relevant local regulations in each country.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors as needed.
- **Systems & Process Optimization**:
- Lead regional implementation and optimization of financial systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan).
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A; processes across countries.
- **Team Leadership**:
- Manage and mentor regional FP&A; managers or country finance staff (as applicable).
- Foster collaboration across geographies and cultures.
