**Position: Software Engineer GSR**
**Location: San Mateo Nopala, Naucalpan, Estado de México**
**Work Model: Hybrid (4 days at office)**
**Pay Rate: $90,000**
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency with modern programming languages (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript), databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms (GCP)
- Strong background in software architecture, microservices, API development, and system integration
- Hands-on experience with software development tools, version control (Git), automated testing frameworks, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Understanding of fundamental web development concepts (HTTP, REST APIs, gRPC)
- Familiarity with software development, lifecycle and agile methodologies is required
- Proven ability to work effectively in agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in creating efficient, reliable software solutions
- Strong English language ability (oral, reading, writing, and listening)
