**_Key Responsibilities_**
- Assist in the planning & execution of engagement plans that align with company goals and objectives.
- Create engaging experiences for Wizeliners: this includes hosting in-person & virtual events, setting up local celebrations and managing event-related communications.
- Capture content for social media and other internal channels.
- Be the local Point of Contact for leadership visits.
- Support the in-office Wizeliner experience: lead the Safety committee, manage office & parking badges & be the liaison with local vendors connected to the Talent Experience Strategy.
- Actively engage with Wizeliners and build strong relationships with stakeholders.




- Working together with the larger Talent Experience team, execute a variety of internal events and activities that promote employee engagement and strengthen company culture.
- Track attendance, participation rates, and feedback related to engagement activities.
**_Must-have Skills_**
- Undergraduate or nearing graduation.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in HR, Communications, HR, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Google Suite & collaboration tools, especially Slack, is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
