**Responsibilities**:
- O365 Strategy & AV Integration: Develop and champion the strategic roadmap for L'Oréal's utilization of the O365 platform, ensuring seamless integration with AV technologies to create a holistic and effective digital workplace experience.
- Oversight of AV Systems: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and support of AV systems across the organization, ensuring alignment with M365 and other platforms.
This includes defining requirements, evaluating solutions, and managing vendor relationships.
- Digital Workplace Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the digital workplace experience, focusing on enhancing collaboration, productivity, and user satisfaction with both O365 and integrated AV solutions.
- Governance & Security: Establish and enforce governance policies and security best practices for O365 and connected AV systems, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and appropriate user access control.
- Collaboration & Communication: Foster a culture of effective collaboration and communication by promoting the adoption and optimal use of Microsoft Teams, other O365 tools, and integrated AV solutions.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with key technology vendors, including Microsoft and AV providers, negotiating contracts, ensuring service level agreements are met, and exploring new technology offerings.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities to leverage O365 and AV capabilities to address their specific challenges and support business objectives.




- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor the performance and usage of O365, integrated AV systems, and other tools.
Provide regular reports on key metrics to senior management and identify areas for improvement.
- Innovation & Future Trends: Stay abreast of the latest developments within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and the AV industry, exploring and evaluating emerging technologies to enhance the digital workplace, especially related to Generative AI and innovative AV solutions.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of technical specialists responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of O365 and AV systems.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing and supporting Microsoft 365 environments in a large enterprise setting.
- Proven expertise in administering and configuring SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and other O365 services.
- Strong understanding of O365 security and governance best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
