As a Billing Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Process international invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all billing data is correct and up-to-date.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and issues.
- Prepare and maintain detailed billing records and reports.
- Collaborate with international departments to ensure smooth invoice processing.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding billing and invoicing.
- Utilize billing software, including Legal Tracker, to manage invoice processes.
- Provide support to the finance team with various administrative tasks.
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- A minimum of 5 years of billing experience in a global matrixed organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with international departments.
- Experience with Legal Tracker would be a significant asset.
Desired Characteristics
- Proficiency in billing and invoicing software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment.
