Important company in the industrial services sector is looking for a Project Manager with experience in project management, logistics, transportation, or industrial services.
**We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented leader with strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage clients, and ensure successful project execution.Main Responsibilities:* Plan, coordinate, and supervise strategic projects, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
* Develop project plans, defining objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
* Coordinate project teams, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to achieve established goals.
* Manage project budgets, costs, and resources to ensure profitability and avoid deviations.
* Maintain constant communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
* Lead follow-up meetings, establish agreements, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
* Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impacts.
* Manage scope changes by evaluating impacts and obtaining required approvals.
* Monitor project quality standards and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
* Prepare progress reports, KPIs, and executive presentations for management review.
* Coordinate with internal areas such as Operations, Finance, Procurement, IT, and Human Resources.
* Complete project closure activities, documenting results and lessons learned.Requirements:* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.




* Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
* Experience preferably in logistics, transportation, industrial services, or related industries.
* Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and customer relationships.
* Strong knowledge of project planning, budget control, risk management, and KPIs.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
* Intermediate knowledge of Power BI.
* Advanced English proficiency for professional communication.
