**What You'll Do**:
- Oversee Trip Execution - Coordinate and manage logistics for all booked trips, ensuring a near-flawless guest experience.




- Upsell & Support Sales - Recommend additional in-country services and assist with quoting day tours and travel services.
- Maintain Vendor Relationships - Negotiate with local suppliers, tour guides, and accommodations to secure the best experiences for our clients.
- Ensure Accuracy & Excellence - Manage administrative details with high attention to detail and top-tier customer service.
**What We're Looking For**:
- **-5 years of experience** in the travel industry in a customer service or tour operations role (DMC experience preferred).
- **Extensive knowledge of Mexico** - From Baja to Chiapas and the Yucatán Peninsula, you understand key destinations inside and out.
- **(preferred) Experience Operating Tours in Mexico** - Especially in key regions like Copper Canyon, San Miguel de Allende, Oaxaca, and the Riviera Maya.
- **Exceptional organizational skills** - You manage multiple moving parts with ease and precision.
