Job QualificationsBachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or in progress).
More than 3 years of experience in construction (internships or co-op experience a plus).
Knowledge of construction drawings and specifications.Willingness to work in both office and field environments.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD) is a plus.Job Responsibilities1.
Project Documentation & SupportAssist in maintaining daily project logs, RFIs, submittals, and document control.Help prepare and track submittals and material deliveries for concrete pours.Document field changes, concrete pour logs, and related reports accurately.2.
Field CoordinationObserve and support field layout, concrete forming, placement, and finishing activities.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers,



and field personnel.Assist in quality assurance checks and inspections for concrete pours.3.
Scheduling & PlanningHelp develop and maintain short-term construction schedules.Monitor progress against schedule and assist in adjusting timelines based on field conditions.4.
Safety & ComplianceParticipate in job site safety meetings and enforce safety protocols.Learn and apply OSHA standards and company safety procedures on site.5.
