Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with ISO standards (ISO *****, ISO *****, ISO *****, etc.).
Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective integration of management systems across the organization.
Regularly review and update IMS documentation, ensuring alignment with regulatory changes and organizational needs.
Identify improvement opportunities and lead projects aimed at optimizing processes and practices.
Ensure that all company activities comply with applicable local and international regulations.
Coordinate and prepare internal and external audits, ensuring the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Develop and coordinate IMS training and awareness programs for all employees.
Promote an organizational culture focused on safety, health, and environmental stewardship.
Maintain and manage IMS documentation, ensuring its availability and accessibility for all employees.
Control management system records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and currency.
Conduct data analysis and generate reports on IMS performance.




Present performance results and metrics to senior management, recommending actions for continuous improvement.
Identify and assess risks associated with management systems and develop mitigation strategies.
Coordinate the implementation of contingency and emergency response plans.
Understand and apply the company's various policies.
Report unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
Job Requirements
Experience in the maquiladora/manufacturing industry with Quality Management Systems (ISO ****), Environmental Management Systems (ISO *****), Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (ISO *****), and/or Energy Management Systems (ISO *****).
Experience with national legislation related to environmental protection, occupational health and safety, and related regulations.
