Overview Manufacturing Sr Process Engineer responsible for leading, managing or performing the mechanical engineering operations of the organization.Activities may involve various branches and implementations of the engineering profession, for example electronic, environmental or metrology engineering in the packing areas.Responsibilities Own the technical development, standardization, and optimization of new and existing equipment, acting as the technical liaison with suppliers and ensuring alignment with execution standards and processes.Plan and implement verification, validation, and testing activities, including design of new implementations to evaluate the impact of process variables (e.g., temperature, humidity, materials) and define robust processing windows within quality standards.Develop, maintain, and improve value-adding digital and engineering tools (e.g., tolerance calculations, analysis methods) that support data-driven decision-making and process robustness.Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives across equipment, materials, and processes, delivering large and complex improvements while identifying enhancement opportunities beyond own functional scope.Promote an inclusive learning environment by mentoring colleagues and sharing expertise throughout the value chain.Achieve results by fostering strong team performance and cross-functional collaboration.Qualifications Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (solid specialist knowledge using a scientific, data-driven approach).
Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma)
