Overview The Sr Operations Manager (Final Pack) leads a team to ensure production plan fulfillment, partner management, and the continuous improvement of packing operations.The role focuses on safety, quality, on-time delivery, and collaboration with Planning, Shipping, and Warehouse teams.The position also drives alignment with business strategy and supports efficiency initiatives across processes and systems.Responsibilities Promote and ensure employee safety and the integrity of safety tools (e.g., proactive safety, risk assessments, process confirmations, LOTO).
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards (Product safety, QA Handbook, IMS).
Know and align with customer requirements (internal and external) and connect Final Pack with the business strategy.Maintain and optimize the production plan, ensuring resources are used efficiently and output is produced in sequence.Monitor and comply with area critical metrics; participate in a deployment of the business strategy within the group.Execute HR processes (IDP, Merit, PRP); train, provide feedback, monitor, evaluate, and support shift leaders and team leaders.Analyze data and provide information for Local Consolidation and Capacity Review; evaluate feasibility of long-term production plan compliance (3–12 months).
Support the implementation of efficiency projects; assist NPI on new technologies; drive process, reporting,
and data-visualization improvements.Coordinate multiple support areas to achieve packing targets; develop people across all levels and determine core team requirements and training needs.Build team capabilities to achieve targets aligned with the long-term strategic plan; follow integral initiatives and foster a positive work environment (PULSE).
Provide continuous improvement support (LCI tools); solve problems through root-cause analysis and implement improvements.Evaluate short-term production plan feasibility (0–3 months) and ensure QEHS system integration and effectiveness in area operations; allocate QEHS resources as needed.Qualifications Proven experience in leading administrative, operational, and technical teams.Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles; experience ramping up operations.Strong leadership with the ability to empower and develop self and team; excellent communication for local and global relationships.Demonstrated collaboration, teamwork, and proactive, helpful attitude; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.What's in it for you?
