Legal Entity Management - AnalystThe Legal Entity Management Desk (LEMD) is part of the Office of the General Counsel.It operates through three regional hubs in North America, EMEA, and APAC, and is responsible for supporting Board and Shareholder meetings and materials.The position is based in Buenos Aires.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Corporate Secretary with Board meetings and compliance with internal governance policies, including scheduling Board meetings, consolidation and distribution of Board materials to stakeholders, and completing post‐Board meeting activities.Maintain online corporate records and keep internal databases updated.Attend Board meetings to provide live support and draft corporate documentation.Work closely with partner teams (e.g., the General Filing team or third‐party vendors) to ensure a Legal Entity's overall compliance.Provide project‐specific support as requested by the Corporate Secretary.CompetenciesExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Self‐starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Highly detail‐oriented, results‐driven, and able to multitask and meet deadlines.Accountability for work product,
