As Project Manager of compressor systems (engineering, maintenance and execution management) you will keep projects on track and oversee delivery of projects, including budget, quality, safety, performance and schedule requirements as well as integration of the compressor system.You will report to the Latam Head Project Manager and establish project controls in line with & Business Management Systems.You will direct, lead and motivate the project team and supplier (shared responsibility with sourcing manager) to deliver successfully, supporting our energy transformation efforts.Daily tasks include evaluating and commenting on customer specifications, cost calculations, and transport/erection quantities.You will compile the request for quotation documents for contractors, evaluate and compare incoming offers, and negotiate with contractors until contract readiness with your team.How You'll Make an ImpactFull responsibility for cost, quality, and schedule across proposals and project execution, primarily in supplier and contract management activities.Evaluate customer contracts (specifications and requirements), prepare technical specifications and inquiry documents.Support contract management and negotiation.Coordinate and optimize system interfaces (process, mechanical, piping, electrical, I&C;, layout, civil and structural).
During project execution,



ensure contractors meet time schedules, quality, and cost targets; review contractor design and quality documentation, and coordinate contractor with project and site requirements.What You BringBachelor's degree in Engineering or similar college degree.Several years of professional experience in power plant engineering and contractor management, and execution of international projects.Specialist knowledge of HRSG systems with experience in the EPC market or with Boiler/HRSG contractors.Knowledge of materials, welding, mechanical processing and dimensioning; specialist knowledge ofassociated codes and standards for HRSGs, and experience with document and engineering data management tools and databases.Self‐motivation with high energy drive, business sense and the ability to multitask, with excellent organizational skills; willingness for extensive business travel (minimum 50% travel required).
