Position PurposeLead the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QSHE) standards, as well as applicable national and international regulations.This position is responsible for strengthening the organization's culture of compliance, managing audits and certifications, promoting risk prevention initiatives, and ensuring adherence toGood Distribution Practices (GDP)across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.Develop, update, and manage IMS documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and standard operating documents.Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and industry requirements related to quality, health, safety, and environmental management.Ensure compliance withGood Distribution Practices (GDP)by implementing and maintaining processes and controls that meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Lead internal audits and coordinate external audits, ensuring the timely closure of findings and corrective action plans.Manage certification and recertification processes under international standards, maintaining the organization's certifications.Implement continuous improvement initiatives, risk management strategies, and preventive and corrective action programs to strengthen IMS performance.Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, health, safety,
and environmental performance.Promote a culture of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance through training and awareness programs.Coordinate emergency response teams, incident response plans, and occupational health and safety initiatives.Manage permits, inspections, and regulatory requirements related to health, safety, occupational health, and environmental compliance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IMS requirements into operational and administrative processes.Manage suppliers and external service providers related to regulatory compliance and QSHE programs.Present performance results, KPIs, and continuous improvement opportunities to senior leadership.Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience leading Integrated Management Systems (QSHE/IMS).
Proven experience within the logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, distribution, or related industries, with a strong understanding of operational processes, regulatory compliance, and industry-specific audits.Hands-on experience implementing, maintaining,
