OverviewEHS Manager, Monterrey Plant.Shape Your Future.It takes great people to achieve greatness with integrity and a relentless pursuit of excellence.Join our team of globally recognized brands, including DEWALT, CRAFTSMAN, CUB CADET, STANLEY and BLACK+DECKER.Role: As an EHS Manager, you will be part of the Continuous Improvement team as an onsite employee, overseeing the EHS function at the plant.ResponsibilitiesSupervise the EHS and Medical Departments.Support the Human Resources Manager as required.Manage the EHS department budget.Maintain the organization's legal compliance with government agencies; develop and implement controls for injury prevention, health care, environmental protection, and pollution prevention.Develop emergency and contingency plans (e.g., in case of a pandemic).
Promote participation in and compliance with Voluntary Self-Assessment Programs promoted by government agencies regarding EHS.Responsible for the ISO ***** and ISO ***** Management Systems; act as internal auditor and host for management audits.Promote compliance with the EHS policy, including worker participation.Educate personnel on identification and prevention of environmental impacts, incidents, or health hazards arising from their work activities and the company in general.Communicate the plant's EHS and Health performance to Senior Management, Corporate,
