Definition and verification of the PCBA concept (without/with heatsink) incl.thermal requirements.Delivery of input data for system calibration data (LED current, NTC, Binning, etc.).
Provide PCBA requirement specification (without/with heatsink) for electronic supplier or internal development.Coordination of PCBA Samples until nomination of Electronic Supplier.Coordination of Electronic Supplier in technical matters.Coordination of involved Engineers (Hardware / Software).
Coordination of EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services)
Supplier in technical matters.Management of electronic work products (product releases) in PLM tool.Customer coordination in terms of electronics (PCBAs without/with heatsink).
