RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works with different functional groups in the organization with the objective of a great employee life cycle
- Elaborate the onboarding plan and structure for all new employees to Insulet Mexico
- Define the HR-related sessions and needed material to be handed to employees in the IMX Group
- Create and maintain the onboarding presentation, documentation, and checklist for satisfactory onboarding on non-technical and HR-related topics
- Participate in the pre-onboarding process with new hires
People and Culture
- Coordinate, promote and execute the local, virtual, and hybrid employee engagement efforts.
- Support the site lead on general questions on corporate structure with employees, Q&A; on benefits and company culture.
- Create opportunities for team members to support and adds value the group and while at the same time develops soft skills in leadership
Operations
- Works with departments across Insulet’s to push our global expansion and positioning as a leader on Bio Med Technologies
- Has the skills and knowledge to provide support to our quality group on tasks related to ISO 8402:1994
- Is a key member to represent the IMX operation while presenting fillings or audits to FDA




- Maintain an updated list of corporate requirements to operate the company in Mexico, taking into consideration both local and federal responsibilities.
- Manage vendor relationships for Finance and Payroll.
- Document internal processes in SharePoint. Creating workflows that allow employees to work under SOP.
- Define the list of corporate requirements to operate the site in Mexico, taking into consideration both local and state responsibilities
- Management of local vendor and inventory of resources to operate the site.
- Establish vendor relations and ensure the highest quality standards are followed.
- Continue to innovate on the operations of the site in terms of sustainability, outreach to the local community, promote local activities of Insulet’ s ERGs
- Collaborate and defines a strategic plan along with Corporate to import Medical Devices and other important items to our site in Mexico.
- Collaborate with our offices in San Diego and other sites to optimize resources.
- Support the local Lab manager to maintain a high level of service for all our employees.
Internal Logistics
- Maintain and support the local value chain for all equipment needs for all Mexico employees.
- Champions and delivers an organizational change management approach and objectives, including assessing and measuring business change readiness. Owns the plan to transition to business for the development of a standard global business process.




- Contributes and champions any strategic planning and process improvement initiatives as they relate to improving the overall delivery of the program.
- Responsible for providing leadership, management, and direction to personnel engaged in planning, implementing, testing, and monitoring the programs
- Works collaboratively with business, IT staff and manages vendor activities locally and across the globe.
- Assures that Insulet’s processes reflect current industry best practices and satisfy regulatory requirements.
- Pro-actively integrates, monitors, and controls program deliverables and schedules and their dependencies.
- Drives projects towards collaboration, innovation and value that reflects the business strategy.
- Act as primary liaison with vendors, business and technical resources and stakeholders
- Performs other duties as required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field; and 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead the development of complex project strategy and deliver on project plans, timelines, progress, and outcomes.
- Strong knowledge Microsoft Suite including Project, PowerPoint & Visio.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
