Gather and collaborate through research and feedback the detailed needs, processes, business rules and dataflows to successfully co-design and implement our digital model evolution for Supply Chain.
Read and translate business needs into value generating performance management solutions and processes. Support and manage from end-to-end Supply Chain Development projects ensuring high customer satisfaction.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Understand and document internal needs that are provided by internal stakeholders (Supply Chain Global - Product Management, Other general Teams, Online Stores Product Management, BES Teams, P⁢ Region, P⁢ and others) to deploy and evolve our Supply Chain digital model
- Identify and approach local regulations and business rules updates
- Recognize current local tools and practices in place to have a reference impact and change assessment to design and execute an action plan
- Validate the data elements across the journey to have the optimum dataflow
- Document business cases and use-cases scenarios
- Design and evolve digital experiences
- Identify and propose new project opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs and innovate within CEMEX operations.
- Execute global/regional/country consulting services in all phases: discovery, definition, development, and implementation.
- Support CEMEX digitalization process, participating in projects related with new technologies, data models, artificial intelligence and IoT.
**Position Challenges**:
- Identify the criticality of model gaps
- Maximize the value for CEMEX from prioritizing upgrades in the model
- Effectively identify value-added actions on the journey vs nice-to-have items
- Suggest the preliminary priority of evolution items
- Ensure the level of detail needed for operative and tactical domains
- Project time management and follow-up on plan
- Adapt to a fast-paced matrix organization with always changing environment and priorities.
- Self-starter, proactive, in solving complex and not clearly defined business problems
**Qualifications**:
- Language Proficiency on English and Spanish.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Computer Systems, or Administration
- Knowledge of PC Programs such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Sharepoint, Visio, Blue Works, Programming Softwares, Power BI or data visualization software.
- 2 to 3 years in Business analysis, process management, process improvement, project management experience
- 2 to 3 years experience on Supply Chain processes
- Business intelligence and reporting experience
- Basic knowledge of new ways of working methodologies (Design Thinking, Service design Agile Management principles)
- Basic knowledge of building materials production processes, change management
- Presentation skills and public speaking, team player, data driven, change management skills, critical and innovative thinking, research analysis, UX/UI standards, Lean and Agile methodologies, global perspectives understanding, time management
