**Description**:
Summary
Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance of computer equipment, information systems, printers and network connections. Provide response to service interruptions and technological resources.
Technical support to the PC users (Hardware and software)
Installation, hardware / software configuration
Corrective and preventive maintenance to computer equipment
Monitoring of data and Network operation
Inventory maintenance of computer equipment
Train PC users as required
Quick and effective problem solving in the operation
Responsible for following the codes of conduct, regulations and policies of Medline
Others responsibilities that could be assigned in the procedures of the quality system Report severity 1 issues to Corporate
Participate in the 5s program




Support and participate in Kaizen events Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:

Experiencie: Bachelor Degree
Computer Sciences or equivalente
2+ Years of experience in the position
Understanding of the operation of the different Computer Operating Systems
1+ Years working in FDA/ISO 13485 regulated environment-Desirable
ProTrack, Packdraw, AS400 knowledge desirable
Experience and knowledge in structured cabling for networks.
ProTrack, Packdraw, SAP, AS400 knowledge desirable
English 80%
Office Windows: Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
