The position
We are looking for the next game changer to join the team as a IT Programmer and support. To consider this role you must be located in Monterrey, Mexico. We are looking for a highly-skilled, mission-driven individual with boundless drive and enthusiasm for digital transformation.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the configuration and maintenance of equipment (computers, printers, photocopiers, access control, conference equipment, monitoring equipment, etc.) of the company and guide users for their use.
Responsible for the installation of office computer operating systems and various office software in the company
Responsible for the stable operation of the company's network environment, monitoring and maintaining servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and other equipment to ensure network security.
Help the IT department complete the deployment and implementation of network, servers, and other projects.




Responsible for the acquisition of information equipment and consumables of the company.
Responsible for the asset management of the company's information teams.

**Requirements**:
Knowledge of computer software and hardware, and the ability to quickly judge software and hardware failures.
Proficient in installing and maintaining Windows, Mac, and other desktop operating systems.
+2 years of experience in desktop operation and maintenance, familiar with office software (office, pdf, antivirus software, etc.)
Strong professional knowledge of information management, proficiency in IT help desk network architecture, and other implementation plans
