**Responsibilities**:
- Talent Acquisition:_
- Screening and Assessment:_
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments for technical skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- On-Site Presence:_
- Establish a strong on-site presence, working closely with hiring managers.
**Qualifications**:
- **Fluency in English and Spanish.**:
- Proven recruitment experience in **automotive manufacturing**.
- Strong knowledge of **sourcing techniques** and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.




- 2+ years of recruitment experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
