**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and manage online orders and sales across various digital platforms.
- Utilize intermediate Excel skills to generate and present sales reports and key performance indicators.
- Demonstrate empathy and a sales-driven mindset while providing exceptional customer service.
- Proficiently navigate and manage marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and our company's website.
- Independently handle tasks, manage time effectively, and work without constant supervision.
**Qualifications**:
- Analytical mindset with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets.
- Proven experience in e-commerce, preferably with a background in marketing or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is a must.
- Familiarity with managing tasks independently and effectively without constant supervision.
- Ability to work in a hybrid format, balancing remote work and in-office responsibilities.
- Availability to travel to our distribution center in Laredo, Texas, as needed (valid U.S. visa required).
