he Technical Recruiter, Managed Services Recruitment will be responsible for providing recruiting services to the Upwork Managed Services team and the clients we support.
**Responsibilities**:
Track new client requisitions through ATS; update cases as they progress.
Provide Technical Recruiting services to the Upwork Managed Services Recruitment team.
Conduct technical and behavioral interviews via video call/Google Meet
Continually develop and iterate on technical screening guidelines and procedures
Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss current projects and internal updates
Expected Deliverables:
Follow the correct interview guide provided for the role you are conducting interviews for.
Same day documentation in the ATS with 100% accuracy.




Follow processes outlined in SOP/process docs.
Meet or exceed metric expectations
**Qualifications**
**Requirements**:
Technical Recruiting experience preferred
Exhibit strong collaboration skills; enjoys receiving feedback and knowledge sharing.
Desire to continuously learn and grow; personally and professionally.
Highly adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Extremely communicative.
