Data Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data related to our industry. With a property management company overseeing 5,500 units and a team of over 180 employees, our company is well-equipped to understand and evaluate deals quickly. We take a commonsense approach to underwriting, providing comprehensive in-house services to ensure a seamless loan process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Utilize online databases to gather information.
- Extract and compile data from various sources into organized Excel sheets or databases.
- Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business development.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategic plans based on data insights.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to key stakeholders.




- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular quality checks.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in data analysis, research, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: $203.00 per hour
