**This is a customer-facing role and will involve heavy interaction with stakeholders**
**1. Data Visualization and Reporting**:
- Develop visually compelling and interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
- Create and maintain standardized reporting templates for routine business operations and performance monitoring.
**2. Data Analysis and Interpretation**:
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Perform data cleansing, transformation, and modeling to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
**3. Dashboard Optimization and Performance Monitoring**:
- Continuously optimize existing dashboards and reports to enhance user experience and performance.
- Monitor dashboard usage metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Proactively address data quality issues and ensure data integrity across all reporting platforms.
**4. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management**:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align reporting solutions with business objectives.




- Communicate insights and findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize utilization and adoption of Power BI reporting tools.
**5. Continuous Learning and Development**:
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in data visualization, analytics, and business intelligence.
- Proactively seek opportunities to enhance technical skills and expand knowledge of Power BI and related technologies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and report/dashboard development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of database concepts and experience working with SQL databases.
- Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, QlikView, etc.) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Portuguese proficiency is a plus.

**Salary**: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
