Responsibilities
- Configure and manage Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Maintain and configure network security policies and procedures.
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs,
- patches, hot-fixes, and security configurations.
- Develop and document common tasks to share expertise, streamline procedures, and

- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide technical assistance during non-prime
- Stay up to date on the latest Cisco technologies and best practices.
- Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure
- Perform Moves, Adds, Changes, and Deletes as required
- Updating knowledge base articles
- Creating and modifying reports and dashboards
- Handling service requests and improvement requests
- Collaborating with Client Success Managers on report
