- Participate in the resolution of non-conformities.
- Verify the inspection of the first article (FAI) and incorporate and solve the findings.
- Analyze requirements (develop concepts that initiate a tool order and harmonize purchase dates and rework related to tooling designs).
- Participate in the optimization of operations that do not add value.
- Implement and coordinate changes to production line configuration, flow and track change management process activities.
- Provide technical support for the manufacturing processes of the production line.
- Develop and optimize visual aids of the manufacturing sequence using ergonomic standards with the proper use of risk analysis methodology.




- Promote decision-making based on cost-benefit analysis for adherence to the established budget of the department/program.
- You have1 to 2 years of experience in aeronautical or automotive companies.
- You have degree in Aeronautics, Electromechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- You have Intermediate English (Reading, Writing and Speaking).
- You have problem-solving skills.
- You have package handling (Office).
- You have proficiency in lean manufacturing tools.
- You have knowledge in drawing interpretation, GD&T; as well as basic/intermediate use of design software, CATIA preferred.
- You have knowledge in SAP (desirable).
