**Important Logistic Company is looking for a Billing Analyst**
**Education**:
Highschool diploma or equivalent. But Associates or College Degree preferred.
**Important!**
This is a bilingual position, we requiere a proficient English level.
**Must Have**:
- At least 80% English language proficiency.
- 1 year of experience in administrative support or customer service.
**Essential duties and responsibilities**:
- Review shipments with variances to maintain billing integrity at the customer level.
- Ensure our customers are billed according to their customer-specific business rules.
- Performs various reviews and audit checks as applicable.
- Identify carrier billing errors versus internal errors.
- Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the company’s products and services.
**Skills**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong research and analytical abilities




- Ability to understand contract language
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Numeric aptitude
**Salary**:Up to 31k per month.
**Work days**: Monday to Friday.
