Our headquarters is in Omaha, Nebraska. Abroad, we have offices in Guadalajara and Mexico City. We are looking for someone to support one of our customers in The USA.
Our client is an industry-leading Association management firm providing extraordinary services to common interest developments throughout Southern California, Arizona, Utah, and Texas. With the depth and breadth of support and training only seen at much larger management firms, they deliver a boutique-style level of service only a local management partner can.
The activites of a **Customer Service Agent **are:
- Answer various inbound calls from customers, team members, and various partners in the property management environment.
- Navigate various systems to field questions that callers may have regarding billing, statements, fees, HOA rules, repairs and other property management-related inquiries
- Become an HOA expert and understand each customer's needs to provide real,



practical solutions and deliver extraordinary customer care.
- Building solid relationships with internal and external partners through effective communication and teamwork.
Schedule:
**Monday to Friday**
- Standard time: 10:00 - 19:00 Mexico City time
- Daylight Saving: 09:00 - 18:00 Mexico City time

**Requirements**:
- **MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).**:
- High School Diploma
- Around 2 years of experience in a call center for American Customers.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills.
- Tech Savy
