Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants for our multifamily properties
- Manage and nurture leads, guiding them through the leasing process
- Create and optimize ad campaigns across various digital platforms and free marketing channels specific to the US housing market
- Develop cost-effective ad creatives in-house or source them from external providers for all marketing channels
- Lead the effort in creating and managing engaging, high-quality ad content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned marketing efforts
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to measure campaign success and occupancy rates
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior marketing role, with at least 3 years at a larger firm
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices, particularly in the US multifamily housing industry




- Proven ability to create compelling ad content or manage cost-effective ad production
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Fluency in English, with a deep understanding of US markets and cultural nuances
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to think strategically and execute tactically
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment within the US real estate sector
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Knowledge of free marketing housing platforms in the USA
