- Dive into data to predict and quantify purchasing behavior. - Data storytelling: quantify buyer sequence to help identify opportunities to improve outcomes and team productivity. - Create the procurement analytics dashboard center to understand and anticipate the data needs of internal customers, stakeholders, and managers. - Define KPIs, build automated dashboards, reports, and models to help procurement teams make faster better decisions. - Data analysis focused on analyzing large datasets to extract meaningful trends, patterns, and insights. - Analyze SAP database and work with the team to update and maintain all procurement related databases. - Leverage Power BI expertise demonstrating proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and dashboard design (preferable). - Stay current with industry best practices and advancements in Power BI functionality. - Perform Data Visualization designing visually compelling and user-friendly dashboards that effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders. - Ensure data visualizations align with business objectives and enhance overall decision-making processes. - Oversee the sharing and distribution of Power BI items, ensuring accessibility and collaboration among team members.



- Work closely with Procurement leads to understand the needs and adjust designs as needed. - Understand ABC, XYZ product classification. - Overall understanding of procurement/supply chain terminology. - Able to work with large databases and transform to visual management models. - Work with buyers to collect information about vendors, goods, and services, evaluating the quality and value of the existing operations, preparing reports on purchasing metrics to share with managers. - Track and analyze purchasing against plan and provide weekly reporting.
- Experiência y requisitos
Experience: - 2+ years of proven experience in supply chain data analysis. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office word, powerpoint, excel, and outlook. - Strong Power BI designer (preferable). - Excellent communication. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Team player with strong organizational skills. Education/Certifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in administration, data science, logistics, supply chain, engineering or related field.
