We have a vacancy for a **Project and Budget Analyst **for our **Integral Clinical Supplies Team.** This is a full-time permanent role based in **Mexico**. It can be fully homebased (or office or hybrid).
**Role overview**:
Acts as a liaison and lead support to the local team in all areas of clinical supplies lifecycle (i.e., receipt, storage & handling, shipment & delivery, return & and accountability, destruction coordination) for assigned studies and ensures compliance.
**A day in the life**:
- Ensures all activities are executed in compliance with company good practices and client requirements.
- Participates in and supports department project teams, including development clinical supply strategy. May serve as a project lead.
- Assists in the development and suggestion of process improvements and/or to updates departmental SOPs
- To provide financial support to GCS Project managers.
- Analyze data and manage budgets for the project teams.
- Maintain a traceability of finances associated with clinical trial projects performed by the Department globally.
- Track indirect/pass through costs associated to clinical trial projects.
- Provide Reports per Project to Manager summarizing financial status of each project.
- Prepares quotations/budgets for any unplanned/out of scope work.
- Completes initial resource allocations in the ERP system.
- Responsible for Centralized Processing of Purchase requisitions (PRs).
- Trains, coaches and mentors other Project & Budget Coordinators.
**Education and experience**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualificationPrevious experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 3-6 years).
**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**:
- Customer focused approach with solid written and oral communication skills
- Strong critical thinking skills to be able to connect scope of services and timelines to a distribution of resources across skill sets and time
- Solid organizational and negotiation skills
- Solid forecasting, budgeting, and resource management skills
- Basic understanding of project management skills as they relate to resource projections
- Capable of interacting with department personnel and personnel from other functional areas with honesty and openess
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, etc.) for analysis and presentation of data
- Solid multitasking skills to allow focus on individual projects while covering similar aspects across multiple projects required
- Strong attention to detail
- Capable of working independently
