We are a fully remote company. The team is spread throughout Latin-America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. With more than 50 team members, the team forms a well-linked network across a variety of locations, lifestyles, and backgrounds.
**About the role**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key hospital & clinic partners
- Lead and manage the general sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall company goals Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline, and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Develop and maintain sales collateral, including presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Set and Monitor Sales Goals - Presents weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly sales goals for the sales team. Monitor actual sales and sales leads, keep track of sales and generate reports that cover sales forecasting, goals, and results.
- Access Sales Practices to Create Improvement - Measure, audit, and monitor the performance of the sales team via a strong QA team/process and determine if existing practices and processes are generating adequate sales. Suggest/Coach improvements to sales processes as needed, implement improvements and monitor the impact of these changes over a determined period of time.
- Lead by example and make make outbound sales calls (cold calls) through phone/WhatsApp for warm,
cold leads from 1,3,6,12 months prior to convert into appointments
- Demonstrate how to make outbound sales calls (VIP calls) through phone/WhatsApp to remind patients of their pending appointments (1 week, 3 days, the day before appointment date)
- Make outbound sales calls (VIP calls) through phone/WhatsApp to follow-up with who attended their appointments to see how they are doing and book follow-up appointments (1 week, 3 days, the day after appointment date)
- Meet and beat daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Monitor, coach & incentivize accurately documenting, tagging, creating follow-up tasks for every interaction with prospects and patients into a CRM tool
- Ensure follow-up with tasks are completed by meeting/beating established SLAs
- Ensure sales agents work within the agreed shift schedule
- Lead weekly 1-on-1s, team meetings, all hands meetings, training and coaching sessions as required.
- Drive a “lean startup” style environment of constant experimentation and learning.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape, and adjust sales strategy accordingly
- Help build the world’s largest global medical and dental online agency.
**ADDITIONAL DUTIES AS REQUIRED**
- Attend investor & board meetings
- Preventing unsound or unethical business practices.
- Submitting timely expense reports for reimbursements and completing other tasks and reports in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- Support the achievement of the Medical Departures Inc.’s sales and revenues objectives
- Creating sales department budgets.
- Ability to work responsibly and productively from a remote home-office environment

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- 8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- 2+ years Cold calling experience (Outbound call is must)
- Proven experience being in the ‘top tier’ of sales performance at your previous employers
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with team members, leadership & hospital & clinic partners
- Experience in B2C & B2B sales, preferably in the medical/dental e-Commerce industry
- Ability to travel as needed to attend conferences and meet with partners
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) *need-2-have*
- Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written) *nice-2-have*
- Extensive technical experience with: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams Chat) or Google Business suite (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Docs, Drive), CRM (Zoho, Zendesk, Salesforce, SugarCRM, Freshworks), phones (Twilio, RingCentral, Dialpad, CallTrackingMetrics, Tollfreeforwarding), chat (LiveChat, Olark)
