**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Ensure projects are completed on time.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and team members, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of the electronic components market in Mexico. Identify trends and opportunities along the way.
- Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively, ensuring all team members have the necessary tools and support to achieve project objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation and provide periodic updates. Prepare and present project reports,



highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that different branches of the project meet high-quality standards and align with Rainforest VC’s values and objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in project processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
**Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree desirable.
- Experience: 3 years in the electronics components industry, preferably a distributor.
- Fluency in English (B2 level and above).
- Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and useful tools.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
