Develop process flow diagrams to define the assembly continuity of current processes and new products.
Conduct studies of operation times and movements to standardize the assembly process in current processes and new projects, to be reflected in the costs of the product.
Implement the operation instructions, specifying the assembly sequences and the parameters with which the equipment and tools must work, as well as the release of equipment, to standardize the process in the different shifts.
Develop the Failure Mode Analysis (PFMEA) to be able to determine the different potential causes that originate a defect and to be able to implement solutions or improvements.
Develop engineering changes by means of material runs on line or PER to implement or evaluate process changes.




Establish line changes or movements through Lay-out for planning and distribution of materials, equipment, personnel, safety signs.
Meet established CM goals on ideas, kaizens, projects according to Road map.
Evaluate and approve packing and shipping standards and follow up with suppliers and customers. To optimize the standard pack.
Know and manage BOS documents applicable to your area.
