Control Tower Agent Profile
Supervision, control and monitoring of a 3PL operation (focused on the delivery of e-Commerce packages) in order to meet the standards, KPIs and needs that the company requires
- Monitoring of package dispatch in adequate operating time.
- Constant communication with 3PL provider
- Supervision of routes and logistics of each 3PL provider
- Support in operational queries and retraining for 3PL provider
- Ensure that the operation meets the required standards (compliance with KPI)
- Develop action plans in conjunction with providers for areas of improvement (detection of root causes in operational non-compliance issues)
- Operational report on the operation (incidents, operational risks, impacts and operational closure)
- Confirm closures of pending packages in the internal system (backlog control)
- Support to customer service to follow up on undelivered packages as well as investigation and resolution of PNR (fake delivery).
- Preparation of additional reports related to the provider's operation
