**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Network Installation and Configuration:
- Install and configure network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points.
- Configure network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
2. Network Troubleshooting:
- Troubleshoot network issues, including connectivity, performance, and security problems.
- Use diagnostic tools, such as Wireshark and ping, to identify and resolve network issues.
3. Network Maintenance:
- Perform routine network maintenance tasks, including firmware updates and backups.
- Monitor network performance and capacity, making recommendations for upgrades and optimization.
4. Security:
- Implement network security measures, including firewall rules, access controls, and encryption.
- Monitor network logs and alerts, responding to security incidents.
5. Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, including diagrams and configuration files.

**Requirements**:
1. Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking, or related field.
2. Certifications:
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification.
- Cisco CCNA or equivalent certification (desirable).
**3. Experience**:
- 1-2 years of experience in network administration or engineering.
**4. Skills**:
- Strong understanding of network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
- Proficiency in network protocols, including HTTP, FTP, and SSH.
- Experience with network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
**Job Type**: Contract
Pay: $5.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
