The Associate Paralegal’s main objective is to support Attorneys by performing various tasks to ensure the effective and efficient management of litigation cases.
**Qualifications**:
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field or two years of experience in a law firm is required.
- Paralegal certification is desired.
- Bilingual (English - Spanish).
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and document management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
