Audit/Tax professionals will participate in many phases of an audit and/or with tax compliance and various projects relative to assigned client engagements.

**Your role.**
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
- Conduct audits and reviews including planning, assessing risks; evaluating internal control design and effectiveness; developing and controlling analysis and testing, handling substantive procedures, identifying, and assisting in the resolution of client issues, and reporting.
- Through conducting objective diagnostic tests and analytical reviews, the auditor is responsible for the verification of a company's financial records by following Generally Accepted Auditing Principles.
**The qualifications.**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's degree preferred
- Be willing to obtain the CPA/CPC within a defined period of time
- 2-4 years of recent public accounting experience (audit firms) working with Manufacturing clients
- 1+ years working with US businesses (client, employer, or vendor relationships)
- Solid understanding of Mexican and US GAAP
- Solid understanding of Mexican Tax Regulations
- Fluent in Spanish and English - written and verbal
- Resumes submitted in English strongly preferred
- Experience working in a team environment
**Travel & Hours.**
- This is an exempt position that may require some Saturday work hours and overtime during work week
- Qualified individuals must either reside in or near **Monterrey, Mexico **or be willing to relocate to the area for this opportunity
- **50% **travel is required with this position

**Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) Information**
**Compensation is commensurate with technical skills and experience and is provided in accordance with the CO Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.**
**Compensation information posted is based on a position being located in the state of CO. Please review position location for applicable geographic location.**
**Colorado monthly base range is as follows**:
$5,166.67 to $6,083.33
