Main Responsibilities
- Create and maintain ad hoc productivity and automation scripts.
- Triage hardware, operating system, networking, and related issues
- Publish and maintain documentation on web pages related to services offered.
- Operate independently and as part of a team including remote team members and multiple stakeholders.
- Provide customer support during their implementation cycle, go-live and post-go-live.
- Ready to participate in non-business hours and weekend on-call support for customers.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and the general cloud support team.
Career Level - IC3
Responsible for creating and implementing system enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE and TRAINING
- Experience or familiarity with cloud platforms like Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure
- Extensive experience in the implementation and maintenance of Enterprise Applications using WebLogic Server 10.x/12.x, LDAP, Deployment tools, Monitoring tools on UNIX (Solaris/Linux)



and Windows environments.
- Proficient in handling all the aspects of Installation, Configuration, Clustering, Deploying Applications, Load Balancing, Performance Tuning WebLogic Server & SOA issues in production, and testing environment.
- Solid experience in administration of Weblogic servers on Linux or Windows
- Strong knowledge in various Web Logic sub-systems like clustering, JDBC, JMS, SSL, RMI/EJB objects etc
- Oracle database experience including SQL, PLSQL and performance analysis and remediation.
- Excellent skills with scripting languages like Python, Perl, or Shell scripting
- Excellent English is written and oral communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Masters's degree in Computer Science or any STEM field
- 5 - 8 years of previous System Administration or related experience on Weblogic, Linux, and/or one of the popular Unix OS flavors (Sun Solaris, HP-UX, AIX, Chef, Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes)
