**Description**:
The main objective of this role is to play a key role in evaluating and improving the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of internal controls, processes, and operations. This involves conducting audits of calls with client interactions, analyzing data, and identifying opportunity areas to ensure the quality and effectiveness of all client experiences from Intake to case closure according to TLG guidelines and values.
**Qualifications**:
- Required bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field.
- Bilingual (English - Spanish).
- 1-2 years of experience in internal auditing, quality assurance, or call center operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,

- Knowledge of call center technologies, quality monitoring tools, and customer relationship management systems.
