Due to our exponential growth in our Shared Services Center, we are looking for our next talented **Customer Service Representative.**
Abilities:
- Ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner
- Providing resolutions to problems in a time-effective manner
- Attention to detail
- Ability to adapt
- Problem-solving
Activities:
- Cultivate and grow Client relationships
- Making outbound and taking inbound phone calls
- Provide effective resolution to Client issues on a consistent basis
- Ensure that Clients are given the support that is needed daily
Important:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat)




- Ability to manage multiple operating systems
- Ability with software systems
