**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Lead initiatives to improve processes and advocate for change to benefit the team and the organization.
- Embrace continuous development by adopting best practices both within and outside the company and integrating them into daily work.
- Educate and mentor colleagues.
- Take charge of high-priority and high-visibility projects.
- Provide time estimates for tasks related to planned projects.
- Develop system requirements for OEM projects.
**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS**:
Extend experience working as a system engineer or system architect in the area between embedded software and electronics. Experience of connectivity and digital solutions/apps is also an advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in system engineering
- Experience of IoT/connected devices




- Experience of system engineering tools and processes
- International work experience is valuable.
- Fluent in English.
