**About the Role**: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Manager of Culture and Internal Communication to lead the design, implementation, and alignment of organizational culture programs. This role is essential for fostering a collaborative and engaging workplace within our high-growth company. The Sr. Manager will be instrumental in driving internal communication strategies that align and connect teams across all levels.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage organizational culture programs that inspire engagement and a positive work environment.
- Drive internal communication initiatives that support team alignment, transparency, and the company’s values.
- Foster strong relationships across all departments and with employees at all levels to create a cohesive organizational culture.
- Ensure consistent communication across teams to enhance collaboration and productivity.
- Maintain a strategic focus on company culture while implementing programs aligned with business objectives.
**Requirements**:




- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful culture and internal communication programs.
- Strong skills in strategic communication and team alignment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
- Flexibility to travel as required and work on-site in a presential model.
